**DIE STELLE**:
Als "Head of EHS Germany" spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Umsetzung der regionalen EHS-Strategie. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Ziele und die Einhaltung aller länderspezifischen rechtlichen Anforderungen und Themen. Dabei haben Sie zudem stets unsere globale Strategie und die globalen Zielen im Blick.

***Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:

- Als "Head of EHS Germany" sind Sie die Schlüsselperson, die eine enge Verbindung zwischen lokalen, regionalen und globalen EHS-Einheiten sicherstellt und eine funktions
- und länderübergreifende Abstimmung fördert.
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für regionale Environment, Health & Safety Initiativen und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitskultur an allen deutschen Standorten bei.
- Des Weiteren optimieren Sie Compliance-Kosten, stellen die Produktversorgung sicher und vermeiden regulatorische Maßnahmen. Dabei pflegen Sie einen engen Kontakt zu Aufsichtsbehörden und haben stets unser EHS Risk Management im Blick.
- Durch Ihre Expertise nehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gewährleistung der Betriebserlaubnis von Störfallbetrieben bei Boehringer Ingelheim ein, und leiten zudem die Werksfeuerwehr und das Gesundheitszentrum.
- Als erfahrene Führungskraft mit Schwerpunkt auf Change Management, visionären Führungsqualitäten und der Fähigkeit, Menschen zu führen, sind Sie genau die Person, die wir suchen.

**Anforderungen**:

- Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt auf Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Engineering und/oder Umweltmanagement
- Umfangreiche, internationale Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften, Geschäftsbereichen/Funktionen sowie mit Matrixorganisationen
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in der Durchführung strategischer und konzeptueller Arbeiten mit funktions
- und länderübergreifender Abstimmung
- Solide Kenntnisse aller relevanten Compliance-Aspekte aller Geschäftsbereiche in einem stark regulierten Umfeld
- Konzeptuelles Denken als Grundlage für die Entwicklung einer Vision für aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen und zur Weitergabe von Best Practices
- Fähigkeit zum Aufbau von Beziehungen zwischen lokaler und globaler Ebene sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen und selbstbewusste Führung von Verhandlungen
- Fließende Deutsch
