Head of Global Marketing Air & Ocean (m/w/d)

**What you can expect**:
- You oversee all global marketing activities of the Air and Ocean division, e.g. brand's presence, social media and events.
- You also plan, develop and implement strategic and operational marketing campaigns and coordinate marketing efforts.
- Within this framework, you define specific goals for all marketing activities and measure the commercial and brand impact of marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs
- Furthermore, the personnel management and development of the global and regional marketing team is part of your job scope.
- Last but not least you are responsible for efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
**What you bring**:
- You have an MBA or a Master's degree in Marketing-Communications, Digital Marketing or other related fields.
- Additionally, you have relevant work experience in international Marketing-Communications, incl. leadership experience.
- Furthermore, you prove content writing and excellent communication skills in English.
- For you it is a matter of course to develop strong relationships with cross departmental team members to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership.
- Last but not least, you have a strategic mindset and high level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
