Delivery Hero is looking for a **Leader - Local Shops** **(d/f/m)** to** manage** **Local Shops (including groceries, pharmacies and others)** for our European business.

Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

**Your mission**
- Be the node between Global Shops Team and the Local execution teams in commercial, operational and product-related topics.
- Build and maintain relationships with top retailer partners in Europe.
- Create and execute the strategy to increase the portfolio of Groceries and other retailing Partners in Europe.
- Get feedback from our top partners and the country teams and translate it into product, commercial, marketing and operations improvement.
- Be a mentor and reference point for the Shops country leaders.
- Define the processes and guidelines so that local teams can increase our partners’ sales and performance.
- Work on defining new processes, structure and product requirements to scale shops in the European countries.

**Your heroic skills**
- 7+ years of experience in a senior role, involving team management, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership.
- Experience managing and inspiring people.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and drive change.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset but with excellent execution skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, including structuring complex problems and prioritizing effectively.
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in Grocery Retail or FMCG a plus but not required.
