Der Business Development & Process Manager (f/m/d) analysiert Geschäftsprozesse und die Systemlandschaft rund um unsere Kernprodukte Gütesiegel, Bewertungen und Käuferschutz und legt dabei den Schwerpunkt auf die End-to-End-Optimierung, um die Effizienz zu steigern und Kosten zu senken. Er/sie berichtet an die VP des Fachbereiches.
Deine Rolle
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die interne System-, Projekt- und Prozessqualität der Division.
- Durch die Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen interner Strukturen und bestehender Geschäftsprozesse verbesserst du kontinuierlich Schnittstellen auf strategischer und operativer Ebene.
- Ziel deiner Arbeit ist es, funktionsübergreifende End-to-End-Optimierungen zu liefern (von der Idee bis zur Einführung/Business Readiness)
- Du bist zuständig für das Anforderungs-Engineering (z.B. für Zendesk, Salesforce und Zuora). Hierbei ermittelst du die Bedarfe deiner Stakeholder*innen, definierst klare Anforderungen für den Produkt- oder Tech-Fachbereich und übersetzt diese wiederum zurück in die entsprechende Division.
- Die involvierten und von Veränderungen betroffenen Teams begleitest du vor, während und nach Projekten.
- Fortschritte und Ergebnisse präsentierst du deinen Stakeholder*innen im Rahmen verschiedener Austauschformate und stehst dabei als Expert*in zur Verfügung.
Das bringst du mit
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Du kannst bereits auf mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in einem agilen Umfeld, bestenfalls im Bereich SaaS oder E-Commerce, zurückblicken.
- Durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstmanagement und Eigeninitiative stellst du den optimalen Projektablauf für funktionsübergreifende End-to-End-Optimierungen sicher.
- Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Innovationskraft und den nötigen Drive deine Ideen nach vorn zu bringen.
- Durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deine Überzeugungskraft etablierst du dich durch deine Expertise als geschätzte*r Sparringspartner*in für deine Stakeholder*innen.
- Der souveräne Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, MS Planner oder anderen Canban Boards gehören für dich zum Arbeitsalltag dazu. Bestenfalls hattest du auch schon Berührungspunkte mit Salesforce.
