**Senior Sales Executive (m/w/d) - Renewables Energy & Automotive**

Under mínimal supervision the
**_Senior Sales Executive (m/w/d) - Renewables Energy & Automotive_** is accountable for meeting the quota assigned driving Sales of designated specialty TIC products.
**_
Tasks:_**
- Contributes to the development of strategy for their assigned specialized TIC products / services by providing input on customer needs, pain points, trends, etc. to product / service / business manager
- Maintains ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year
- Further develop customer portfolio by new customer acquisition within assigned Industry.
- Interfaces with customer and UL delivery teams during sales that require additional technical expertise for highly technical TIC services
- Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence
- Communicates value proposition of assigned specialty products / services to clients based on highly technical knowledge
- Serves as main point of client contact for specialty TIC products / services throughout sales cycle
- Works under mínimal guidance of the sales leadership on proposals and closings in the field for assigned specialty TIC product / service
- Serves as primary point of contact for specialty products / services, responsible for articulating value proposition and managing client interactions
- Brings in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities of assigned specialty products / services
- Provides input during account planning process on potential growth opportunities within assigned solution area
- Makes connections and builds trusted advisor status with relevant the relevant accounts
- Supports smooth hand-off of customer to implementation teams or TIC customer success post-sale
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security

- University Degree (Equivalent to bachelor’s degree) in a related discipline plus generally 6 Years or more of related discipline experience or demonstrated competency
- In-depth knowledge about renewables products and systems such as EV Chargers, Solar Inverters, Generators and PV panels.
- In-depth knowledge about Li-ion battery challenges and opportunities in automotive sector.
- Established network with OEMs and their top tier suppliers at automotive and energy sectors.
- Track records in exceeding sales targets, dealing with complex negotiations and building sales pipeline and executing service agreements within automotive and energy sectors.
- Demonstrate an effective communication skill with internal and external senior stakeholders
- Track records in devising and realizing proactive enterprise selling plans from high level strategy to detailed action plans.
- Willing to travel for business and building up trustful engagements with customers and colleagues. Hybrid way of working from home or from office according to business needs is possible
- Be fluent in oral and written communication in English and German and preferably in French or Italian.
