**THE ROLE**:
**YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to identify organizational learning needs. Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand specific team requirements.
- Deign and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize various delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Ensure the effective delivery of content, engaging participants and addressing questions.
- Leverage technology tools and learning management systems for efficient program delivery.
- Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve and update learning initiatives.
- Design and implement leadership development programs. Identify high-potential employees and create career development paths.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand specific training needs.

**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE**:

- Bachelor's/ Master degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certifications in training and development are a plus.
