**Job Description**:

- Support in financial analysis and reporting activities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes
- Assist in variance analysis and performance evaluation

Required Profile:

- Degree in business administration (or equivalent), as well as initial work experience in controlling, FP&A or finance and accounting
- Initial experience in analyzing operational performance (revenue and cost drivers)
- Critical mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
