**Metal Optimization Lead (f/m/d)**

Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen:
**What awaits you**:

- Minimize prime use across our casthouses in the region and debottleneck scrap usage, at alloy and casthouse level, considering different levels of product maturity in terms of recycling, as well as the complexity of e.g. product and alloy mix, order lead times, internal scrap flows or constrained casthouse capabilities
- Identify root causes for high prime use
- Identify, drive and execute Metal Procurement initiatives
- Plan, lead and realize improvement projects to reach our recycling content goal of 75%
- Establish a systematic and continuous monitoring and evaluation of prime use performance and opportunities
- Support the design of new planning processes and operational routines that will sustainably improve recycling content, in
- and externally

**How you convince us**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Master preferred, in a technical field of study, e.g. Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Material Science
- At least 5 years experience of project management in a manufacturing environment
- Experienced in change management and convincing with an innovative mindset
- Strong communication skills on different levels of hierarchy
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Sound knowledge about Aluminum, casting and recycling processes
- Very good knowledge of German and English language skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
