As Head of PR, you'll be the architect of our public relations, corporate communications, shaping narratives, and fostering relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and the public. Your responsibilities include crafting compelling press releases, orchestrating strategic communication campaigns with finesse. You'll lead a team in building and maintaining our brand reputation, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DOdevelop and implement the comprehensive PR and communications strategy in DACH, FR, NL, IT, ES and CEE to enhance brand visibility, reputation and premium positioningposition Westwing and the Westwing Collection in the most relevant press & media outlets, supporting our product brand as well as giving the stories we tell the right stagecultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry stakeholderscreate engaging press releases and other materials to disseminate key messages effectivelylead corporate communication efforts by positioning Westwings spokespeople in public and strategically execute all communication initiatives (e.g. press releases, sustainability strategy)oversee the organization's presence on LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and proactive engagementmeasure and analyze PR campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and impactYOU COME WITH+7 years of experience in Public Relations & Brand Communications, ideally in the Fashion, Beauty or Home & Living Industryexceptional communication skills are paramount for crafting compelling narratives, engaging with media outlets, and representing the organization effectivelystrategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with organizational goals, while also foreseeing potential challenges and opportunitiesrelationship building and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders to achieve PR objectivesa creative mindset is essential for developing innovative PR campaigns, generating fresh ideas for storytelling, and finding unique angles to capture the attention of target audiencesanalytical skills to measure and analyze PR campaign performance using relevant metrics and data to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategiesWHY WESTWING
