Für unseren Mandanten, einen international agierenden Paymentanbieter in **Berlin-Dreilinden** suchen wir Sie als **Consumer Marketing Lead (m/w/d)** für eine zunächst befristete Anstellung in Vollzeit. Sie sorgen für kreative und clevere Marketingstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing
- und Produktteams.

**Diese Dinge packen Sie an**:

- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Durchführung des globalen Marketingplans in enger Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Produktmanagement und den Marketing-Teams um die Kundenbindung zu stärken und die Umsatzziele zu erreichen
- Analyse der Daten zur Weiterentwicklung des Engagements und die Entwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Gegebenheiten und rechtlicher Anforderungen
- Mitverantwortung bei der Umsetzung der globalen Marketingstrategie und regelmäßige Status-Updates
- Steuerung und Verantwortung des Marketingbudgets unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Messgrößen und unter Einhaltung der Geschäftsziele
- Mitwirkung bei neuen Produkteinführungen und die Förderung der Akquise und Cross-Selling-Maßnahmen

**Damit punkten Sie**:

- abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- mehr als fünf Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2C-Marketing, gerne im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen, Telekommunikation, Zahlungsverkehr oder E-Commerce
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedliche Stakeholdern und der entsprechenden Gewährleistung einer transparenten Kommunikation der Prozesse und Projektstatus - von funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams innerhalb der Matrixorganisation bis hin zu externen Partnern, um beispielsweise Marketingmaßnahmen zu entwickeln
- sehr starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative
