Als Production Engineering Specialist treiben Sie Verbesserungen in der Produktion von PCBA und Endprodukten und steuern die Implementierung neuer Produkte, sowie das Änderungsmanagement der Serienproduktion für Electrification / Smart Power in der Elektronikfertigung aus Heidelberg.

**Vorgesetzte/r der Position**:
Production Development Manager

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Beschaffen von Fertigungseinrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
- Anlegen von Arbeitsplänen und Produktkalkulationen
- Koordinieren von Produktneuanläufen zwischen den Entwicklungsbereichen und der Fertigung sowie Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements
- Permanentes Verbessern der Arbeitsabläufe und Fertigungsprozesse, um die Effizienz zu steigern und Kosten zu optimieren
- Know-how-Transfer und Training in puncto Fertigungstechnologie und Fertigungsstandards
- Identifizieren und Leiten von KVP-Projekten
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und EMS
- Unterstützung von externen Lieferanten und Werkbänken

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktions
- bzw. Engineering Bereich für Elektronikfertigung wünschenswert
- Arbeitserfahrung an einer Produktionslinie, Prozesskenntnisse in der Elektronikfertigung; Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in SAP, PLM-System z.B. PTC-Windchill, REFA, MTM, Lean Six Sigma sind von Vorteil
- Starker Fokus auf sichere Arbeitsweisen und Engagement für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsrichtlinien am Arbeitsplatz
- Eine teamfähige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Studium in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
