Als Berliner Personalberatungsboutique suchen wir im Exklusivauftrag unseres Mandantenin in Berlin nach der passenden Persönlichkeit für die Position Teamlead/Head of Controlling und FP&A (gn).

Aufgaben
- Konzeption neuer und Weiterentwicklung von Auswertungen, Analysen und regelmäßigen datenbankunterstützten Reports
- Nachhaltiges Kostencontrolling der Gruppe
- Verantwortung für die periodischen (z. B. monatliche, vierteljährliche und jährliche) Berichterstattung, Budgetierung und strategische Finanzplanung
- Entwicklung mittel
- und langfristiger Finanzziele im Einklang mit der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens
- Weiterentwicklung des Reportings und der generellen Geschäftsentwicklung
- Definition und Aufbau von Prozessen

inkl. der aktiven Beteiligung bei der Einführung von BI Systemen
- Führen des Controlling-/FP&A Teams von 4 Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenesStudium im Bereich Finanzen
- Mindestens 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens, vorzugsweise in einer ersten führenden Rolle
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, gutes Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift jeweils mind. auf C1 Level
