**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
- The Brand Experience Lead - EMEA is responsible for executing guest facing brand lead events in the region to deliver best-in-class consumer brand experience. Reporting to the Manager, Brand Experience - EMEA, this role will be focused on executing owned and sponsored events, including the Arc’teryx Academy events throughout Europe as well as other brand moments where we invite our Arc’teryx guest community to experience the brand directly. In this role you will execute the defined experience-based marketing strategy throughout Europe in conjunction with cross functional leaders in EMEA Marketing and with global stakeholders.
**If you were the Brand Experience Lead - EMEA, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:
- Executing regional owned events (Academies) and sponsored sports marketing events
- Proposing and developing contents and narratives for planned events, in coordination with regional marketing and global brand teams
- Maintaining and developing key relationships with event partners and local stakeholders
- Executing all European sponsored grassroots events in collaboration with local stakeholders in the markets
- Supporting the Manager, Brand Experience - EMEA for budget development, management, and monthly invoices mapping
- Developing and delivering community events program in brand epicenters when required
**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:
- Executing a growing amount of brand experiences in the region, including Academies, and supporting global teams in sponsored events and Olympics
- Supporting the ideation, a scalable event template for the expanding Arc’teryx Academy franchise in EMEA
- Seeking partnership opportunities supporting the Brand’s awareness and rooting it in the core of the activities (ski/climb/run)
**Are you our next Brand Experience Lead - EMEA?**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Event Management, Consumer Marketing or a related field
- You have 4+ years of progressive sports marketing experience, with a strong expertise in event management
- You are a result oriented individual able to meet tight deadlines in fast paced environments
- You are experienced in working in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
- You have exceptional presentation and written communication skills in English, and you are proficient in another European language
- You have strong organizational skills and a great attention to details
- You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment with mínimal supervision
- You are experienced with project and budget management
- You understand direct-to-consumer marketing tactics
- You have a passion for the Arc’teryx brand
- Ability to travel to events
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
