This is a very exciting opportunity to lead all brand marketing (product focused) for a scaling DTC business. Owning and driving brand campaigns, message, tone of voice and more.

The Role


This role offers the chance to drive complete brand strategy, focusing on the product and developing all communication, message, tone of voice etc. You can expect to:


  • Shape the Brand: Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals, with a focus on product innovation.
  • Oversee product lifecycles from concept to launch, ensuring standout branding and messaging.
  • Work with sales, product, creative, and e-commerce to deliver seamless product launches and communication.
  • Use market research and consumer data to shape strategies that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Craft engaging campaigns and brand narratives that boost visibility and loyalty.
  • Lead innovative packaging, campaigns, and promotions.

This business is looking for a true brand marketer, with a strong background in product. This is an opportunity for a hungry, ambitious person, who wants to get into a high growth business and make an impact. You will need:


  • A proven track record as a brand marketer, with experience in leading product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
  • Experience in a digital first, DTC brand is imperative.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Experience in managing and optimising brand campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, print, in-store, and TV).
  • Strong analytical skills to measure brand performance and a keen interest in customer behaviour.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., CMS, Asana, Trello), and basic graphic design tools.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic culture, where you are always striving for more.
