**Job Description**:
As a Senior Product Designer at Zooplus, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of design. You’ll partner with product owners and engineers to deliver phenomenal experiences to our customers, enabling a customer experience that is far superior to our previous encounter and sets us apart from our competitors.

Your expertise and contributions as a Senior UX/UI Designer will not only enhance our products but also contribute significantly to our customers' satisfaction and business success, here are some of responsibilities for the role:

- ** Design Thinking**:

- Utilize UX design methodologies such as user research, user flows, personas, and empathy maps.
- Plan and conduct workshops, including design thinking sessions and design sprints.
- Identify user problems and develop solutions centered around user needs.
- Formulate 'How-Might-We' questions to enhance the user experience.
- ** Design Delivery & Process**:

- Proficiently use design tools including Figma, FigJam, Mural, Miro, and Adobe to create wireframes, screen designs, and prototypes across varying fidelity levels.
- Implement atomic design principles and maintain UI libraries, showcasing strong UI design skills.
- Employ lean design processes, iterating on different ideas and testing them.
- Base design decisions on data and research outcomes, crafting valid UX strategies.
- ** Responsibility & Ownership for Product**:

- Oversee the entire user journey and persona interactions with the product.
- Assume ownership of UX/UI aspects, effectively advocating for the user.
- Manage stakeholder alignment and communication in a clear and structured manner.
- ** Personal Skills & Communication**:

- Embrace an interdisciplinary approach, understanding your role within the broader product context and actively engaging with it.
- Effectively communicate and professionally present your work to colleagues and stakeholders, gaining their buy-in.
- Take responsibility for smaller projects, encompassing design planning, budget considerations, punctual delivery, and reliability.
- ** Outlook: Big Picture**:

- Transition your focus from UX/UI to a broader product design perspective.
- Develop the ability to comprehend and interpret business requirements, cultivating strategic thinking skills.
- Immerse the brand message in both brand experience and user experience.
- Cultivate product thinking and the capability to interpret, track, and communicate the complete life cycle of a product.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience (full end-to-end product development) in e-commerce, web-based companies, agencies, or similar environments.
- Exceptional visual design skills are required for every UX/UI Designer at zooplus. In this role, you must go beyond visual design knowledge and exhibit exceptional visual design skills.
- Experience in crafting experiences across multiple channels and operating systems, including desktop and mobile.
- Must be self-motivated and an excellent communicator, capable of both taking and giving direction.
- Able to successfully lead all aspects of a design project from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ambition to share knowledge and mentor colleagues.
- A comprehensive portfolio is a must-have.
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding skills.
- Basic knowledge of the JS React Framework and the creation of UI Components.
- Experience with conducting Design Sprints.
- Application knowledge in Figma, XD, Sketch, Miro, Mural, Adobe.
- Presentation skills.
