About the role:

MVST is a dynamic company with a strong presence in Europe, expanding its operations to Munich and Barcelona. As a Senior Digital Product Designer on our team, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

  • You will lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, setting the vision for the user experience and creating a collaborative environment for your team.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to create engaging, useful, and solution-oriented user experiences on various digital platforms and applications.
  • Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, perform user testing, and analyze usability findings to tailor your designs to meet user needs.
  • Develop and prototype design solutions, using various tools such as Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration, discussing different options, next steps, and developing a design strategy together.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies.
  • Proficiency in using the latest design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, and expertise in older tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A focus on delivering remarkable products, on time and on budget, ensuring pixel-perfection and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to set up frameworks, brainstorm initial design concepts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A people-focused design mentality, prioritizing user needs through hands-on research or A/B testing.
  • Fluent English skills are essential for this role.
