**Job Description**:
As a SIXT Senior Product Designer (M/F/d) you will be creating world-class designs used globally by millions of users, revolutionizing the way people experience mobility. Together with your team, you will play a pivotal role in driving SIXT's ambitious growth strategy and developing innovative products that are intuitive, polished, and excellently designed. Together with different stakeholders you will engage in discovery and user interviews to identify strategic areas that drive superior customer value and meaningful impact for the business.

- You embrace and advocate for the core principles of Product Design ensuring that collaboration, human-centered design, and data-driven decision-making are at the core of everything we do
- You create typical design artefacts such as mid-fi, hi-fi wireframes, and prototypes, driven by the principles of IxD, IA, and UCD
- You independently leverage user data and research to evaluate the impact of your designs and ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs
- You work closely with Product Managers and Business Partners to define the future of our products
- You find the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation
**Qualifications**:

- You have several years of experience as a Product Designer (M/F/d) with a focus on B2C digital products and feel confident owning the design process end-to-end
- You are a humble human who can work in a team harmoniously, curious about other’s points of view, and eager to listen to feedback and constructive criticism
- You’re energetic and hard-working, a continuous learner in an ever-changing ecosystem of interactive pixels, striving for the highest possible quality of work
- You’re resourceful and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently
- You have excellent English communication skills and the ability to present and defend your ideas effectively

**About the department**:
The goal of SIXT's design team is to design experiences that customers love. Our team includes UX Research, UX Writing and UX Design. UX Researchers generate insights into customer needs and help to evaluate new product ideas. UX Writers work closely with Designers to ensure inspiring, concise and consistent copywriting. The biggest group are our UX Designers, working in teams together with Product Management and Engineering to craft seamless and engaging mobility solutions for our customers. These teams create consumer-facing experiences, partner solutions, or tools for our colleagues that enable them to serve our customers better. No matter the team, we always look for creative designers (M/F/d) with a lot of empathy for our customers to join us in India (Bangalore) or Germany.
