**Aufgaben**:

- Zu ihren Aufgaben gehört die disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Mitarbeitenden in der Organisationseinheit Claim Management Execution.
- Sie verantworten die projektspezifische Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Claim-Verhandlungen mit ihrem Team.
- Sie verantworten die Konzeptionierung, Implementierung und Umsetzung von Claim Management Initiativen sowie die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekt-, Vorstands
- und Strategiepräsentationen.
- Das definieren in enger Abstimmung mit der Hauptabteilungsleitung und der Abteilung Claim Management Strategy & Performance, Strategien zur Bearbeitung und Durchsetzung von Claims mit einem Forderungswert von bis zu 0,5 mEUR obliegt Ihnen.
- Sie übernehmen die Optimierung der Schnittstellen und Prozesse zur Identifikation von Claim-Ansprüchen und Erhöhung der Durchsetzungswahrscheinlichkeit.
- Sie stellen das projektspezifische kaufmännische und operative Berichtswesen sicher.
- Sie verantworten die Definition und Koordinierung von Maßnahmen zur Erzielung der unternehmensergebnisrelevanten Kennzahlen.

**Profil**:

- Sie können einen ausgezeichneten Studienabschluss in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschafts
- und Naturwissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar, vorweisen.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Führungskraft, Projektleitung oder Expert*in (exklusive MBA/Promotionszeiten) in der kaufm. Vertragsabwicklung mit.
- Zudem verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen im Management internationaler und bereichsübergreifender Projekte und interdisziplinären Teams (idealerweise im Bereich des Schiffs
- oder Anlagenbaus).
- Sie haben Ihre Leadership
- und Team-Kompetenz bereits in unterschiedlichen Situationen unter Beweis gestellt und verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Bereich der Strategieentwicklung und des Lieferantenmanagements.
- Sie haben ein sehr gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und können komplexe Sachverhalte managementgerecht aufbereiten und erläutern.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr spannendes Profil durch eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Flexibilität sowie Reisebereitschaft.
