**_ About The Role_**

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, maintaining relationships with existing customers (banks), and driving revenue. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: The position is based in Germany - preferably Frankfurt.

**_ What will you do?_**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the DACH region, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Understand customers' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide suitable solutions as well as up sale and cross sale while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with customers to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns.
- Develop a deep understanding of Surecomp’s product offerings and capabilities, effectively communicating their value proposition to customers.
- Collaborate with senior AM professionals who will provide mentoring and assist in addressing customer’s needs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive client satisfaction.



**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and Experience:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within the financial services or software industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in selling back-office enterprise software solutions for both on-premises and cloud deployment - advantage.
- Skills:_
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- Ability to perform in a global company, in a multicultural environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills and customer focused approach.
- Strong work ethic, proactive, self-motivated, and results driven.
- Proficient in spoken and written German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
