**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 3 to 4 WTG service technicians in the preventive maintenance and service activities of onshore wind turbines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs to maximize turbine uptime and performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect turbines, identify maintenance needs, and provide technical guidance to service technicians.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and logistics teams, to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and records of maintenance activities.
- Mentor and coach service technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience in WTG preventive or corrective maintenance in onshore or offshore wind projects.
- In-depth knowledge of wind turbine systems, components, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Professional English speaking & writing skills.
- EU permit to work.
