Der Unternehmensbereich Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) ist ein führender Hersteller von Lösungen für die mehrdimensionale Messtechnik. Dazu zählen etwa Koordinatenmessmaschinen, optische und multisensorische Systeme wie auch Messtechniksoftware für die Automobilindustrie, den Flugzeug
- und Maschinenbau sowie die Kunststoffindustrie und die Medizintechnik. Hauptsitz ist Oberkochen. Ihre Rolle vom ersten Tag an, führen Sie den Bereich Business Development im Bereich Metrology Software und treiben die inhaltlichen Themen strukturiert voran- Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung der Software-Strategie und übernehmen die Leitung von Projekten mit strategischer Relevanz- Sie nehmen strukturiert Anforderungen in Projekten auf, priorisieren gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern das Backlog, verantworten den Projektfortschritt sowie -erfolg und präsentieren diesen im Managementkreis- Sie planen und organisieren die Förderung eines kennzahlenbasiertes Business und unterstützen so das Produktmanagement bei der Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung datenbezogener Fragestellungen- Sie monitoren und koordinieren mit ihrem Team die Stammdaten der Softwareprodukte der Business Unit Metrology Software und bilden dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen Master Datamanagement und Business Analytics im Finanzbereich- Sie fungieren mit ihrem Team als Schnittstelle und arbeiten zielorientiert und eng mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Bereichen, wie Produktmanagement, Sales, Finanzbereich oder IT über Standorte hinweg zusammen

Ihr Profil- Sie haben einen überdurchschnittlichen Hochschulabschluss in einer kombinierten ingenieurwissenschaftlichen / wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Disziplin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development mit, idealerweise aus dem Software Business- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung eines Teams mit- Sie haben sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten bei der Datenverarbeitung- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kooperations
- und Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und sind zudem kommunikationsstark- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
