Sie leiten den Bereich Business Development und Product Management innerhalb der Business Unit Metrology Software- Sie verantworten zusammen mit dem Softwarevertrieb die Geschäftsentwicklung sowie das Produktportfolio der Business Unit- Sie gestalten die Softwarestrategie, das Innovationsmanagement und den kommerziellen Erfolg der Business Unit aktiv mit und verantworten deren Implementierung mit- Sie verantworten die Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung der Markteinführung neuer Produkte und Preismodellierungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Softwarevertrieb- Sie sind Teil des Führungsteams der BU und treiben gemeinsam die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs voran- Sie führen ein Team aus Product Managern funktional- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen, national und international- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise ergänzt um eine betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Sie haben einschlägige Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Business Development, Produktmanagement, Softwareentwicklung, Digitale Transformation, Innovationsmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, idealerweise im Softwareumfeld sowie im Bereich der industriellen Messtechnik- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Erfahrung als moderne disziplinarische Führungskraft- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Integrationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Top-Management- Sie ergänzen Ihr Profil um eine souveräne Präsentationsstärke und die Fähigkeit Ihre Mitarbeiter auch in schwierigen Situationen professionell coachen zu können- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
