Aufgaben

DAS KANNST DU BEI UNS MACHEN
- Konzeptionell und operativ beim Ausbau eines neuen Geschäftsbereichs mitwirken
- Beim Management von Co-Innovationsprojekten assistieren und sie später auch selbst leiten
- Unsere Industry und Health / Care Tech Netzwerke betreuen und weiterentwickeln
- Neue Industrie
- und institutionellen Kunden akquirieren und den Vertrieb unterstützen
- Event
- und Workshopformate entwickeln und durchführen
- Eigene Ideen einbringen, neue Konzepte entwickeln und erfolgreich umsetzen

Qualifikation

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du studierst erfolgreich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Entrepreneurship & Innovation oder ein vergleichbares Fach, vorzugsweise im Masterstudiengang
- Erfahrungen im Innovationsmanagement in Unternehmen und mit Startup-Methoden sind von Vorteil
- Der Umgang mit anderen Menschen und die gemeinsame, kreative Arbeit beflügeln Dich zu besonderen Leistungen
- Du bist es gewohnt, selbständig und sorgfältig zu arbeiten
- Du analysierst Probleme umfassend, entwickelst strukturierte Lösungsansätze und achtest bei der Umsetzung auch auf Details
- Du kannst auf Deutsch und Englisch mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut und präzise kommunizieren
- Du beherrschst MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Erfahrungen mit MS Visio, MindMapping
- und Graphik-Software (Illustrator, Photoshop) sind von Vorteil
