Key Responsibilities

In your role as administrative support for the Office of the CTO, you will be tasked with enhancing the operational efficiency of the Technology & Innovation (T&I) Board Office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating travel logistics, including preparation and follow-up on travel expenses
  • Reserving meeting spaces for team activities
  • Organizing meetings for managers, encompassing team gatherings and larger external events
  • Managing both internal and external communications
  • Overseeing Purchase Order Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and invoices
  • Assisting with organizational tasks such as planning and executing team meetings
  • Providing additional ad-hoc support as required by the team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SAP internal tools such as Corporate Portal, ISP, CSN, Ariba, Concur, etc. is advantageous
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach with the capability to simplify complex issues from conception to execution

About Your Team

The Technology & Innovation (T&I) Board Area is at the forefront of developing SAP's platform and technology. Our flagship offering, the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), serves as the backbone of the intelligent, sustainable enterprise. SAP BTP integrates capabilities across application development, automation, integration, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) into a cohesive and interoperable platform.

The Office of the CTO plays a crucial role in facilitating the CTO's Board responsibilities by ensuring effective time management, information flow, and decision-making within T&I and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CTO's daily operations, including governance and relationship-building activities with key internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the CTO Office is responsible for preparing meetings with customers, partners, or analysts, as well as managing any organizational tasks related to the CTO.
