Mit unseren fünf deutschen Produktionsstandorten und unserem Campus in Köln vertreiben wir bekannte Marken wie funny-frisch, Chio, POM-BÄR, ültje und Tyrrells. Wir beschäftigen ca. 1.700 Mitarbeiter*innen und suchen für den Bereich **Vertrieb Innendienst** am Standort in Köln ab sofort eine*n **KAM Support (m/w/d).**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die systematische Pflege und Kontrolle von Preis
- und Konditionsinformationen sowie das Überprüfen von Kundenartikelkalkulationen
- Berechnung und Kontrolle von konditionellen Rückstellungen, inkl. manuellem Nachhalten und Plausibilitätschecks in Form von Erlösschmälerungsmonitorings
- Abrechnung von Rückvergütungen
- Erstellung von Vertriebsauswertungen für interne Kolleg*innen sowie für externe Kunden
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Kundenreklamationen und Preisdifferenzen in enger Absprache mit Kolleg*innen aus den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
- Nachhalten von Gut
- und Lastschriften sowie offener Rechnungsthemen unserer Kunden
- Bedarfsweise Pflege von Aktionsmengen inkl. Abstimmung mit KAM und Logistik
- Arbeiten in den Kundenportalen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Sie können relevante Berufserfahrung aus dem Vertrieb vorweisen, idealerweise aus der FMCG-Branche
- Sie sind vertraut mit Handels-/Kundenstrukturen sowie Vertriebsprozessen (KAM, Außendienst, Logistik, Sales Support)
- Eine hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie eine sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie haben Freude im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Erfahrung mit SAP/R3 oder einer vergleichbaren Software
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
- Flexibilität sowie Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
