Division Controller

Requisition ID: 36182- Job Location(s): Nuremberg, DEAt Semikron Danfoss, we are looking for a **Division Controller (M/F/d)** for our Industry division located either in **Nürnberg or Flensburg**.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be in charge of driving the financial performance management agenda across the division. The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:

- Monitoring the performance of the division
- Preparing budgets and forecast
- Analyzing current and future performance with a strong forward-looking approach
- Collaborating closely with the business and driving decisions that maximize business value
- Advising and training the division leadership team and organization
- Creating management reports and providing data for decision-making in a meaningful and understandable way
- Creating and monitoring business cases and ensuring quality and transparency
- Managing ad hoc requests and special projects

**Background & Skills**:

For this position, you hold an academic degree in Finance or Business Administration. You also have several years of practical experience from working in a similar role. Additionally, we are looking for:

- Structured and self-organized work style
- Ability to collaborate within the team as well as across departments, divisions and locations
- Fluent English language skills, good German skills would be an advantage
- Flexibility with regards to travel (approx. 20-25%)
