At CARIAD, we're bundling and further expanding the Volkswagen Group's software expertise. We’re uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

**YOUR TEAM**:
This position will be part of CARIAD’s new CEO Office. You will interface with the CARIAD CEO and the Management Board on a daily basis and interact with CARIAD’s senior leadership team and VW Group senior management regularly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of VW Group’s most important transformation topic at a pivotal time.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Set CARIAD’s corporate agenda together with the Head of CEO Office and the CEO: Define which topics need to be decided in which CARIAD- and Group-wide committees in a given planning horizon (content steering across CARIAD & Group committees)
- Take the lead for CARIAD’s Board of Management Meeting (the BOM process), supported by dedicated project manager for BOM
- Decision making regarding which topics require Board decision and which can be decided on levels below
- Decision authority (with Head of the CEO Office) to decide “smaller” topics for which Board decisions are not required (after discussion with CEO)
- Lead weekly BOM process (create agenda, lead CEO briefing etc.)
- Review incoming BOM documents; challenge on content basis with the respective stakeholders (not just formalities)
- Oversee and manage CARIAD’s supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) process: From aligning the agenda of meetings with the office of the supervisory board chair to preparing the meeting, supporting the leading of the meeting and following up on the meeting (supported by a dedicated project manager for supervisory board matters)
- Set CARIAD-internal committee governance guardrails
- Take responsibility for the steering of the CEO area: Headcounts, organization etc.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, STEM or a related field
- Strong project management skills (demonstrated experience in managing high priority complex projects with several C-level stakeholders in short time)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and to take ownership and leadership of highly important strategic topics
- High confidence and ability to interact and hold your ground with highly senior stakeholders - demonstrated by previous experience
- Background as Consultant or Project Leader or equivalent level from leading consulting firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, preferably German language skills
