Global HR Transformation Lead (f/m/d)
As Global HR Transformation Lead you will manage, drive, define, develop, and deliver a large-scale Global HR transformation program. You will work closely with our Global HR workstreams, Centers of Expertise (COE) and Global Business functions to guide and assist in creating critical organizational features and timelines. You will recognize areas for improvement within the defined scope and oversee all areas of the transformation. You will implement strategical and operational changes, deliver measurable improvements, and a new operating model in line with our transformation. This role reports directly to Global Head of Human Resources.
Your key responsibilities:
- Proactively support and manage the Global HR Transformation implementation and continues improvement- Support Global and Local HR and the COE Leads to scope, structure and manage program planning and critical path development. You will maintain a master project plan across all areas of the transformation to include a communications plan, weekly status reports, and project schedules. Liaise with all transformation workstreams to ensure milestones and goals are successfully met.- Manage workstream project plans throughout the program lifecycle. Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the transformation process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.- Collect, review, and publish project status concerning resources (people and financial), schedules, stakeholder management, risks and the features that influence project performance and completion- Promote concepts internally and externally to obtain buy-in and drive adoption.- Develop and/or review estimates and assumptions for project schedules, effort, and cost using established models, best practices, and experience.- Work with the Global HR Leadership Team to determine appropriate project prioritization and allocation of resources- Drive cross-project knowledge across related projects and best practice sharing and standardization across the business; play a proactive role in the promotion and development of suitable project management methods and standards
Your ideal qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field- Strong influencer and proven experience in delivering impactful results- Sound experience in working with HR management software (ideally Workday)- Ability to interact professionally across all leadership levels and workstreams- Proven track record partnering with the HR team on driving innovative data driven solutions- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationship- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams- Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - effectively interact with senior executives- Thought leadership, Energetic and full of passion for the journey ahead of us
