Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions

  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing


YOUR MISSIONS


As Project Manager Officer for our Change Management and Leadership Development Projects , you will be responsible of following:


  • Assist developing detailed projects plans, timelines and budgets;
  • Monitor project planning, progress and address any issues or delays;
  • Ensure appropriate processes are followed as applicable within the organization / project team;
  • Communicate appropriate and efficiently to stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations;
  • Cooperate with the head and manager of projects and operations;
  • Creation, establishment and application of standards for effective project management including tools
  • Definition, documentation and continuous improvement (CIP) of processes and methods in project management
  • Support in project implementation issues


YOUR PROFILE :


  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and personal and organization skills.
  • Excellent business communications and presentations skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Data analytics & data management skills will be an asset.
  • Fluency in English & German
