Für unseren Standort in Bonn suchen wir einen motivierten Werkstudent:in, der uns im Bereich Customer Success unterstützt. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit unserem erfahrenen Customer Success Team zusammen und trägst zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Dabei sind die Arbeitszeiten (bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche) flexibel und du kannst sie so legen, wie sie am besten mit deinem Studium vereinbar sind.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen zu Erfolgsgeschichten und praktischen Use Cases für Kunden und das Leadership Board- Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kunden-Workshops in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und Marketing-Team- Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen für Kunden und Interessenten (z.B. im Rahmen von Messen oder Konferenzen)
Neben der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit werden auch Trainings und Workshops Teil deiner Aufgabe sein. Dich erwarten eine intensive Schulung in unsere Software, unsere Datenbanken und Metriken sowie ein enges Mentoren-Programm.
Dein Profil:
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (m/w/d) in einem Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikation, Psychologie oder ähnlichem- Du überzeugst mit einer strukturierten, zuverlässigen und selbständigen Arbeitsweise- Du magst es in einem diversen Team mit internationalen Kunden komplexe Aufgaben zu lösen und hast bereits erste Arbeitserfahrung gesammelt- Du bist fokussiert, entschlossen und in der Lage, dich selbständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten- Gute Englischkenntnisse und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) sind von Vorteil
