**Deine Rolle**
- Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Team von Produktentwicklern
- Du entwickelst innovative Konzepte und Rezepturen für Halb
- und Fertigprodukte für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden im Bereich Sweet Goods & Dairy
- Du bereitest Proben für Verkostungen vor
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenbriefings und begleitest den Prozess von der Produktidee bis zur finalen Produktion
- Du leitest Projekte und interagierst mit internen Stakeholdern (Marketing, F&E, Vertrieb, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung etc.)
- Du qualifizierst Halbfertig
- und Fertigprodukte nach ihren sensorischen und physikalischen Eigenschaften
- Du fungierst als technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Vertrieb
- Du nimmst an Kundengesprächen teil und bereitest für diese die notwendigen technischen Präsentationen vor
- Du sorgst für eine ausreichende Produktdokumentation und Datenauswertung
- Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Strategieentwicklung für verschiedene Produktgruppen und Regionen
- Du übernimmst die Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Fokusthemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklungsgruppen und angrenzenden Abteilungen

**Dein Profil**
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Getränke
- oder Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du konntest erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Produktentwicklung von Getränken sammeln, sowie im Innovations
- und Projektmanagement
- Du hast großes Interesse an der Produktentwicklung und Lebensmitteltrends und probierst auch gerne mal etwas Neues aus
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft und das technische Verständnis für komplexe Produktentwicklungsprozesse, sowie eine ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeit
- Du hast keine Angst vor Innovationen, generierst stets neue Ideen und scheust Dich nicht davor auch mal andere Wege zu gehen
- Du hast Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse über die Produktverarbeitung und das Zusammenspiel von Inhaltsstoffen und Zutaten
- Du zeigst gerne Eigeninitiative und bist belastbar
- Du bist offen für neue Arbeitsmethoden, bringst diese auch proaktiv ein und agiles Arbeiten ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du fühlst Dich in einer dynamischen, internationalen Umgebung wohl und hast Spaß am Aufbau von Partnerschaften, sowie an funktions
- und kulturübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Du kennst die gängigen Programme und bringst eine gewisse IT-Affinität mit
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch und hast gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du besitzt eine gültige europäische Arbeitserlaubnis
