**About the role**:

- As a Sr. Associate Packaging your expertise in product development, quality control, and operational efficiency will pave the way for groundbreaking consumer goods. Mentor, collaborate, and drive success alongside your team. If you have a proven track record in R & D, an instinct for innovation, and a desire to lead from the front, we're looking for you.**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading complex, innovative packaging projects from idea to implementation.
- Supporting the Packaging Innovation Team as well as the R&D product development teams in the development of new products and the improvement of existing products
- Support the site as internal QMS auditor
- Collaborate with the packaging teams in the factories / regions to roll out sustainability focused initiatives globally
- Support the team in working with external partners to assess the recyclability of packaging and life cycle assessments
- Leading technical activities in projects relevant to both consumers and the business
- Effective and cost-oriented project implementation in compliance with regulatory/legislative, safety and quality requirements

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Completed studies in packaging technology or related disciplines
- Ideally with professional experience in packaging development in the FMCG sector
- Good PC and software skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Very good command of English
- Very good understanding of packaging materials and processes
- Ability to work independently and carefully, flexible, willing to perform, team spirit, reliable, organizational and coordination skills, initiative, efficient project management, good ability to assess risks and very good problem-solving skills
