**Your responsibilities**:

- Understanding of the Product Development Process as it pertains to R&D functions with the R&D Associate/ Manager
- Proper operation, standardization & maintenance of lab equipment
- Maintaining supplies inventory and order items when needed
- To be responsible for ensuring that all development activities on assigned projects conforms to legislative, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements
- Drive projects and teams, carrying out Performance, Analytical and Stability tests
- Production of lab samples and samples for consumer testing and support or lead industrial trials
- Conduct performance and analysis evaluations of competitive products partly independently
- Lead technical improvements on the products, methods omanagement of the laboratory
- Have deeper understanding of consumer needs and insights

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Have a chemical vocational training or bachelor’s/ master’s degree in chemistry related disciplines
- Fluency in English is necessary, good German language skills is an advantageous
- Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
- Proven technical and scientific experience in one or more R&D areas, with minimum 3 - 5 years related to the development of personal care or household products
- Broad technical expertise and curiosity with the ability to develop and assess new technologies/methods and approaches
- Ability to become the Reckitt ‘expert’ in product development / analysis
- Experience of working with factories and/or external 3rd parties
- Excellent understanding of physical and chemical principles
- Preferred: driver’s licence class B
