**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als People & Recruiting Intern wirst du eine vielfältige Rolle einnehmen und eng mit unserem HR-Team zusammenarbeiten, um die besten Talente für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen und unsere People-Organisation weiterzuentwickeln. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich Recruiting und strategische HR-Projekte zu sammeln. Deine Hauptaufgaben werden wie folgt aussehen:
Recruiting Execution (80%):

- Arbeite eng mit dem HR-Team und dem Gründerteam bei der Entwicklung und Definition unserer Talent-Akquisitionsstrategie zusammen.
- Unterstütze im Recruiting-Prozess für offene Positionen auf verschiedenen Kanälen, um hochqualifizierte Kandidaten zu gewinnen.
- Nutze Social Media-Plattformen und andere innovative Rekrutierungsmethoden, um talentierte Kandidaten anzusprechen und unser Unternehmen als attraktiven Arbeitgeber zu präsentieren.
- Unterstütze das initiale Screening der Bewerber und begleite in der weiteren Kommunikation, um sicherzustellen, dass sich alle BewerberInnen während des Bewerbungsprozesses gut betreut fühlen.

Strategische Entwicklung (20%):

- Spiele eine aktive Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres People & Culture Bereichs.
- Bring deine frischen Ideen und Perspektiven ein, um unsere Talente, Unternehmenskultur und Arbeitsumgebung mitzugestalten.
- Arbeite eng mit dem People-Team an verschiedenen strategischen HR-Projekten, wie zum Beispiel unserer Diversity-, Equity
- und Inclusion-Initiative sowie der Förderung einer offenen Feedback-Kultur.
- Setze dich dafür ein, dass der Team Zusammenhalt und Austausch gefördert wird, indem du regelmäßige Team-Events und Lernmöglichkeiten organisierst

Du arbeitest direkt mit dem HR-Team und dem Gründerteam zusammen, um unsere Organisation auf das Skalieren vorzubereiten - und hilfst dabei, Tacto zu einem Ort zu machen, an dem Menschen gerne arbeiten.
