**Wen wir suchen**:
Als Operations Intern arbeitest du im direkten und engen Austausch mit unserem COO und unserem Vendor und Category Management Team an allen operativen Businessthemen, vom Lieferantenmanagement über den Produktkatalog und dem End-To-End-Prozess des Baustellenmanagements. Da wir ein dynamisches Start-Up sind, ist dein Fokus sehr flexibel und kein Arbeitstag gleicht dem anderen. Zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten zählen:
Du unterstützt die Ansprache und den Austausch mit wichtigen Lieferanten
Du unterstützt und verantwortest Deine eigenen strategischen Projekte in den Bereichen Supplier Management, Category Management oder Pricing, zum Beispiel der Prozess zur Integration von neuen Produktkatalogen
Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Sicherung der Datenqualität, integrierst Kundenfeedback in unseren digitalen Warenkorb und führst interne Qualitätskontrollen durch
Du unterstützt die Umsetzung von Spezialprozessen (z.B. Abbildung der Bestellung von Sonderprodukten mit spezifischen Anforderungen an das Prozessmanagement)
Du erarbeitest Konzepte für die Automatisierung von Business Prozessen (z.B. Kriterien zur Auswahl des optimalen Lieferanten)

**Was du mitbringst**:
Du studierst einen betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bachelor
- und/oder Master
- oder Diplomstudiengang
Du hast im Idealfall bereits praktische Erfahrung in Form von einem Praktikum in einem dynamischen, digital getriebenen Umfeld gesammelt (z.B., Start-Up, Technologie-unternehmen, Unternehmensberatung)
Du arbeitest strukturiert als auch ergebnisorientiert und wägst ab, wann Pragmatismus und wann fundierte Analysen notwendig sind
Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Operations und Unternehmertum sowie eine offene und klare Kommunikation
Du bist neugierig und lösungsorientiert. Du überlegst dir gerne, wie neue Abläufe und Lösungen optimal aussehen können oder bestehende Ansätze verbessert werden können
Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Menschen. Du kannst dich gut an unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner und Settings anpassen
Du bist bereit, Dinge anzugehen, die außerhalb deines Fachgebiets liegen, dich aus deiner Comfort Zone zu bewegen und die Extrameile mit dem Team zu gehen
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
