**Your Mission**:

- You’re hands on, and eager to support the design of the future of our Talent technology landscape and work closely together with our stakeholders in the business
- You quickly understand problems and are able to come up with solutions in a dynamic environment
- Ensure smooth running of our Talent system Workday by supporting day-to-day activities
- Evaluate on how processes, workflows can be optimized to ensure robust systems and actively look for chances to automate and improve
- You’re interested in data and eager to learn how to create reports and dashboards within Workday
- Google Sheets (Excel) super user (Vlookup, pivots, etc.)

- You are enrolled in or hold a degree in management or business or a similar field
- You love to collaborate, have a can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required
- You can take ownership, drive completion of activities towards team objectives and interact/communicate effectively with other team members across workstreams
- You’re a digital native and a quick learner
- You understand the importance of business technology systems and how we can utilize them to improve the way we work
- Data-driven and analytical mindset - exploring a variety of ways of finding solutions
- A passion for innovation and process improvement - to deliver the WOW within our Talent function
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn, contribute and drive agile-methodologies within our team culture
- No prior experience for Workday is required for this internship
