Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten die Planung und Umsetzung verschiedener Projekte innerhalb der vorhandenen Gebäudestruktur sowie außerhalb des bestehenden Flächenplanes
- Gemeinsam mit externen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern definieren Sie Ziele, Anforderungen und Leistungsumfang
- Durch Chancen
- Risikoanalysen verringern Sie die Projektrisiken und stellen sicher, dass alle Anforderungen der Projektabwicklung im zeitlichen Rahmen erfüllt werden
- Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten und fungieren als Fremdfirmenkoordinator
- Dokumentation ist Trumpf: Sie pflegen oder verfassen Pläne und Berichte und sorgen für eine umfassende Projektdokumentation
- Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Betreuung und Steuerung der Gebäudetechnischen-, Brandmelde
- und Einbruchmeldeanlage
- Sie erstellen Projektcontrollings, visualisieren diese für Management-Reportings und unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Budgets

Was wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. als Wirtschaftsingenieur, Bauingenieur, in den Bereichen Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudemanagement, Energiemanagement oder vergleichbar
- oder eine abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung z.B. in den Bereichen Sanitärtechnik oder Gebäudetechnik mit Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung. Projektkoordinator oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Risikomanagement und Qualitätssicherung
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für betriebstechnische Anlagen
- Eine ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Project und Microsoft Planner
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich der HKLS (Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung, Sanitär)-Technik von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse und Begeisterung für die Arbeit im High-Tech-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
