Summary

For the area "Customer Services" in the department "Order Center & Help Desk Ulm" we are looking for a "Team Leader Spares in Customer Services (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The "Order Center & Help Desk Ulm" department has the task of ensuring the repair execution and spare parts supply for the products of HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH at the Ulm site in the In Service Support (ISS) phase. The preparation of repair and spare parts quotations and the processing of repair and spare parts orders are the focus of the work for the "Order Center & User Help Desk" Ulm team.

Thanks to its expertise, the department is also a service provider for various projects in the processing of warranty cases and the initial supply of spare parts. The department is also responsible for managing the spare parts warehouse for Performance Based Logistic (PBL) projects.

Your Tasks- Coordination, control and processing of the spare parts business within the scope of use for the products of the Ulm site- Technical management of employees in matters relating to spare parts processing- Acquisition support in the area of spare parts follow-up requirements- Ensuring the order processing of spare parts orders in terms of costs, time and quality in cooperation with internal and external service providers- Processing customer inquiries in the context of warranty claims- Collaboration in the optimization of spare parts supply processes- Collaboration in the introduction of SAP S/4 Hana in the "oneCRMnow" project (CRM Customer Relation Management)- Creating and evaluating metrics for regular process monitoring- Development and implementation of concepts to increase customer satisfaction- Participation in the operational planning of the responsible areas

Your Profile- Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or comparable- Many years of professional experience advantageous- Several years of experience in customer service advantageous- Experience with procedures and processes of logistics / utilization management of the Bundeswehr advantageous- Good knowledge of MS Office and very good knowledge of SAP, in particular modules SD / CS / MM- Technical knowledge in the field of radar and / or EW advantageous- Independent and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills- Business fluent German and English skills
