At getquin, we are on a mission to provide everyone with the best financial knowledge.
We started in 2020 with a portfolio tracker to give you a better overview of your investments and quickly added a social network to it, to foster exchange of ideas with friends, fellow investors and financial experts. Our app helps everyone to not only manage their investment, but also make informed financial decisions, and this for free, as we strongly believe that knowledge should be accessible to all.
With over 200k+ members, we are as of today the largest investment community in Europe. And with our recent Series A of $15m, led by global fintech investor Portage Ventures, known for investments such as Clark and Wealthsimple, and joined by Horizons Ventures, the venture capital firm behind other German fintech companies such as N26 and wefox, we are only getting started.

**What you'll be doing**:
As Head of Performance Marketing you will lead and build a team of marketing experts and support them to deepen their own analysis, communication and leadership skills.
- Your focus will be on paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok), as well as paid search channels (Google, App Store). Ideally, you are also familiar with Snapchat, Twitter as well as Reddit.
- You develop a modern online marketing strategy with a focus on performance and actively implement it.
- By working closely with the founders, you develop holistic marketing strategies and implement them.
- You set goals and evaluate the performance of the various measures and strategies.
**What we are looking for**:
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in a Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position.
- You are very familiar with app marketing.
- You have experience with Internationalization processes, ideally with a focus on the US.
- You are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- Your English is fluent, German language skills are a plus.
