**Your mission**:

- Responsible for the underlying core components and services for all products, like infrastructure, IT security, and CI/CD
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Creates epics, breaks them down to user stories and takes care of prioritizing the backlog within the agile development process (SCRUM)
- Leads the cross functional product team including CI/CD engineers, Architects, DevSecOps Engineers and Security Consultants
- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
- Maintains and creates CI/CD pipelines
- Ensures that code changes are tested and deployed immediately
- Implements complex CD pipelines, including deployment to a testing stage and automatically run tests for a web app
- Implements and use monitoring solution for ensuring that the software runs optimally after the deployment
- Responsible for automated deployments, integration tests and functional tests
- Develops IT security standards, monitors the compliance and performs regular security tests (vulnerability scans and penetration tests) according to release management cycles

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree and 4 years of IT Architecture experience
- Proven track record of building IT infrastructure environments and working with automation and CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloud DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub/Lab, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experienced in Test and Security Tooling; Distributed system and Cloud Infrastructure
- Interest in topics about automation, working with cloud infrastructures, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn new skills
