Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Du steuerst und überwachst die internationalen Artwork Prozesses von Primär
- und Sekundär Verpackungen unserer Eigenmarken in allen ALDI-Nord Ländern
- Du sorgst für eine optimale Vorbereitung der Briefings, u.a. durch die Sammlung und Aufbereitung von Daten und Informationen
- Du agierst als Gate
- und Timekeeper, um eine optimale Abwicklung (good for kick-off, lead times) in unseren Prozessen sicherzustellen
- Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern wie unseren nationalen Brand Managern, Category Managern, Quality Assurance sowie Artwork-Agenturen und Lieferanten
- Als Support für einen internationalen Brand Manager unterstützt du insbesondere die Design
- & Styleguidephase im Hinblick auf alle design
- und drucktechnischen Aspekte
- In deiner Rolle unterstützt du den neuen internationalen Artwork-Prozess und eine damit verbundene kontinuierliche Optimierung
Das bringst du mit
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als MediengestalterIn oder Marketingkaufmann/Marketingkauffrau oder über ein vergleichbares Studium
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (gerne im Bereich Packaging
- oder Artwork)
- Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Kenntnisse von Verpackungsmaterialien und Druckverfahren und den entsprechenden Softwarelösungen
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und solide Projektmanagement Fähigkeiten
- Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert
