The Business Development Intern will play a key role in driving HomeToGo’s expansion by supporting the development of an exciting new area for the company with high strategic importance. You will work directly with the Partner and Product Teams to nurture a promising market and deliver both maximum revenue for the organization and maximum value for our partners. This is a great learning opportunity for someone excited and interested to start their business development career in the heart of Berlin’s start-up ecosystem.

**How you’ll add value**:

- Research & Analysis - Identify the most promising markets and partners to help prioritize and define our sales strategy.
- Process definition - Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure that each stage of the partner journey is a smooth and positive experience.
- Project management - assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects through data analysis, market research, and effective collaboration within the company.
- Key Account management - prepare internal and external reports on the performance of partners in order to monitor performance.

**You’ll be successful in this role if you**:

- Are enrolled or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field
- Are fluent in the English and German language
- Are a self-starter who is eager to develop professionally in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Are a team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and are able to communicate well with diverse stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization
- Are passionate about travel and want to contribute to a product that seeks to enhance the travel experience for all who utilize the HomeToGo platform
