- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie konstante Weiterentwicklung und Coaching von 3 Test Automation Fachexpert*innen sowie 19 Werkstudierenden
- Strategische Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung der Dienstleistungen innerhalb Testautomatisierung und übergreifenden Projekten
- Koordination und Verteilung der Projekte und Workload im Team für eine optimale Auslastung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Test Execution, QA Services, UX) innerhalb von agilen
- und übergreifenden Kund*innenprojekten
- Unterstützung des Sales-Teams in der Akquise von neuen Kund*innen und Projekten innerhalb der Testautomatisierung, sowie Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten
- Fortlaufende Optimierung der Teststrategie und dem Appmatics eigenen Testautomatisierungsframework mit dem Team

**Das bringst du mit**
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Testautomatisierung oder IT/Softwareentwicklung mit Quality Assurance Schnittstellen, idealerweise im digitalen Agentur-/Dienstleistungsumfeld
- Führungserfahrung (fachlich & disziplinarisch) von technischen Teams, idealerweise im digitalen Agentur-/Dienstleistungsumfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung in der Gewinnung, Steuerung und Leitung von (QA-)Projekten mit internen und externen Stakeholder*innen durch ein kommunikationsstarkes und emphatisches Auftreten
- Technische Affinität und Grundverständnis in gängigen Programmiersprachen & Testautomatisierungsframeworks
- Lust alle Themen rund um Testautomatisierung und Quality Assurance mit uns weiterzuentwickeln und unsere Dienstleistungen auszubauen
