**YOUR ROLE**:

- Lead, inspire and further develop the Sales and Commercial organization in Germany and Switzerland to drive sustainable profitable growth across all channels
- Steer the organization as member of the Senior Leadership Team for future growth path
- Develop Channel and Customer Strategy based on sound analysis and market drivers, trade structure, competitive situation, and company targets
- Act as change agent and driver of new ways of doing business to develop Sales Organization with regards to future requirements
- Accelerate Strategic Customer Partnerships built on value creation
- Develop key contacts and strong relationships with all key strategic customers
- Leverage sustained focus on new business opportunities
- Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Management or similar
- Deep knowledge of retail & ecommerce in German market as well as proven ability to strongly grow organic sales in a challenging market and can inspire and lead teams to perform at the very highest level
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to develop and build an organization focused on success via recruiting, training, and building capability
- Change agent with a cutting-edge understanding of the most sophisticated and progressive sales approaches
- Highly strategic, numeric and analytic capabilities
- Excellent business and financial management skills
- Outstanding partnering capabilities as well as presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, including developing, coaching, and inspiring the team
