**Business Development Director (M/F/d)**:
**Your tasks**:

- Responsibility for sales, business development & growth in our new / growing area of dialysis products
- Acquire new customers (distributors, clinics)
- Develop and expand key accounts while effectively managing customer relationships
- Leading and directing commercial negotiations to drive business growth.
- Ensure consistent representation of the company in the market
- Contribute to the overall development of the company as part of the management team

**Your profile**:

- Relevant degree qualification
- Extensive understanding and well-established network in the worldwide dialysis markets
- +10 years job experience in sales / business development on worldwide level
- Proven track record of effectively boosting sales and penetrating new markets
- Excellent communication skills
- „Hands on“ mentality & high degree of motivation
- Demonstrated willingness to travel frequently in order to maintain strong customer relationships
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
