**Where your expertise is needed**:

**What we’re looking for**:

- Supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of processes at strategic and operational level for facilities, and offices located in the Czech Republic.
- Liaison with external/ internal stakeholders on development and implementation of occupational health & Safety management systems, programs, and initiatives
- Comprehensive support for all topics relating to occupational safety, health management and environmental protection.
- Participate in OHS Audit and verification activities.
- Leading incident and accident investigation and OHS risk assessment.
- Provide support in achieving and maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulatory requirements.
- Implementation of training program and further education for employees, management, and key team members
- Carrying safety inspections and workplace safety assessments, implementing measures to eliminate and minimize the risks.
- Support in implementation of fire protection and first aid measures within facilities and office environment.
- Ensuring reporting and maintaining relevant occupational health & safety documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally Graduate in Occupational Health and Safety and are certified as Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
- Excellent communication skills
- Language skills - excellent German and good English; Russian an advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing organization, high ability to meet set goals and deadlines.
