Deine Position ist im Team Operations angesiedelt. Hier hast du die Möglichkeit, mit uns gemeinsam Grundsteine für den Erfolg unseres Start-ups zu legen. **Deine Rolle**:

- Als Finance Specialist (m/w/d) übernimmst du unsere Kreditoren
- sowie Debitorenbuchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater
- Hierbei wickelst du unseren gesamten Zahlungsverkehr ab und kümmerst dich um unsere Reisekosten sowie Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Du fungierst als zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in bei allen buchhalterischen Angelegenheiten gegenüber unseren Fachabteilungen, Steuerberater und externen Partnern
- Zudem harmonierst und entwickelst du unsere internen Finanzprozesse weiter
- Hierfür erarbeitest du smarte sowie digitalen Unterrahmenstandards
- Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Abschließend erstellst du Analysen und Cash-Flow-Übersichten

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbares
- Zudem kannst du Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung vorweisen
- Im Umgang mit DATEV bist du geübt
- Dein selbstständiges, verantwortungsvolles und strukturiertes Arbeiten zeichnet dich aus
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst Dinge proaktiv an
