**Du packst mit an**:
Du koordinierst das bankweite Management der operationellen Risiken sowie das interne Kontrollsystem inklusive des Reportings und der Umsetzung von risikoreduzierenden Maßnahmen.**Du übernimmst Verantwortung**:
Du analysierst die regulatorischen sowie die Konzernvorgaben für deinen Verantwortungsbereich und organisierst deren Umsetzung.**Dein Know-how ist gefragt**:
Du bist für das Rahmenwerk der Hanseatic Bank in Bezug auf operationelle Risiken verantwortlich. Hier führst du zusammen mit den betroffenen Fachbereichen regelmäßig Risikoanalysen durch, bereitest diese auf, leitest die notwendigen Maßnahmen ab und überwachst deren Umsetzung.**Du hast den Durchblick**:
Du bist für das Schadensmanagement zuständig, wie die Ermittlung und Erfassung der Ursachen, das Reporting der Verluste sowie die Definition und Überwachung von Aktionsplänen.**Dein Können zählt**:
Du sorgst für die risikogerechte Anpassung des internen Kontrollsystems bei Änderungen in der Organisation oder von Vorschriften sowie bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse, Produkte beziehungsweise Systeme.**Für dich ist klar**:
Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Analysen, konzeptionelle Ausarbeitungen und Ad-hoc-Aufgaben.**Du bist offen für Neues**:
Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse und Abläufe bei.
Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Deine Motivation und dein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen, möchtest du bei uns einbringen.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im Bereich des Managements der operationellen Risiken und/oder des internen Kontrollsystems mit. Falls nicht, bringen wir dir das gern bei.
- Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der selbstständigen Einarbeitung in neue Themen.
- Deine Fähigkeit zum Perspektivwechsel und deine Stärke, Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten, machen dich genau zu dem Teammitglied, das wir suchen.
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Erhebung und Organisation von Anforderungen verschiedener Stakeholder*innen.
- Neben einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke bringst du gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit.
- Als passionierte*r Teamplayer*in willst du aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Themen mitwirken und unsere Organisation weiter voranbringen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig
- Mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) kannst du gut umgehen.
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet - sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
