**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries from European Associate Groups handled via a central ticketing system
Focus on the development and harmonization of processes across multiple support locations
Maintain associate data in Workday and other HR systems in a timely, accurate manner.
Drives the execution of countermeasures to problems even before root cause is determined to maintain customer satisfaction
Provide On-Site support averaging one day per week.

**Key Requirements**:
Preferred is a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in an HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
Fluency in English and German required, other language skills are a great plus.
Previous HR Shared Service or internal customer centered environment experience utilizing Workday or similar HR Management software.
Ability to prioritize the tasks utilizing a CRM ticketing system, effective time management and multi-tasking abilities to achieve objectives. Self-Managed environment
HR Project management, organization, and project work experience in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with a creative problem-solving mindset.
