**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als Design-Lead bei medi führen Sie das Team Visual Brand Experience und verantworten die Kreativkonzeption für Kommunikationskampagnen.
- Sie sind mit Ihrem Team Impulsgeber für die visuelle Weiterentwicklung der Marke medi sowie unserer Standards und Guidelines (CI, UI, VBE) - in enger Abstimmung mit Brand
- bzw. Corporate Schnittstellen.
- Die (Weiter-) Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kreativprozessen, Methodenkompetenz etc. zählen ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- Sie beraten interne Auftraggeber von Beginn an im Rahmen von Kampagnen
- und Kreativprozessen und definieren mit Ihrem Team die Handschrift der visuellen Ausgestaltung in sämtlichen Disziplinen.
- Gemeinsam mit den Expert:innen heben Sie Fotografie und Videografie bei medi auf das nächste Level, konzipieren Guidelines und Standards, in enger Absprache mit den kanalverantwortlichen Schnittstellen.
- Sie implementieren und moderieren Kreativworkshops und/oder organisieren externe Kreativ-Pitches.
- Der Netzwerkaufbau zu externen Kreativ
- und Umsetzungspartnern (z. B. Experten für Foto und Video) und deren Steuerung runden ihr spannendes und hochkreatives Aufgabenfeld ab.

**Ihre Stärken**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign / visuelle Kommunikation / Medien Medienfachwirt oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mediengestalter bzw. werbefachliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als (Senior) Art bzw. Creative Director in der 360-Grad Kommunikation mit.
- Sie haben Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Kreativworkshops und in der Anwendung von Kreativmethoden.
- Sie besitzen fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Corporate Design und medienübergreifende Kampagnenplanung/ -umsetzung.
- Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut (GER Level C1).
